Esther's Pictures
The one thing about taking pictures is that you do not end up in most of them, or maybe none at all. So here is some pictures that Esther took while we were in Mimbres...and yes I am in them.
Preparing Lunch. Oby and I made some pork with red chili sauce, rice, and beans for lunch.

Sitting in a service. Afterwards we went over to someone's house for coffee and cookies. It was wonderful relaxing time.

Me in front of the Hacienda. It used to be a huge house that someone owned. Now all that is left are some ruins. How it became abandoned is pure speculation.

Esther and I with a cat's hide. It was killed by a gentlemen whose family we visited that day. I asked him if they were dangerous, and apparently they are...I guess it would like the bobcat in the states. Now this beautiful cat is part of their home decor.

Esther and I on our way back to our house.

Our Van broke down earlier that day. So we decided to walk to a local water fall.

On the way back from the falls we found an apple cellar. It is part of the old hacienda. Oby and I decided to climb up in it and take a look.

Me, Isai, Guapo and Esther all packed and ready to head back to Monterrey!
