A Picnic at Parque Fundidora

Yesterday evening Tina, Marcie and I decided to pack a picnic dinner and head out to Parque Fundidora. Once we reached our destination we looked for a perfect spot to spread out our blanket and eat. While we settled down it began to rain. Quickly we looked around for a spot underneath the trees. We grabbed our things and found a nice spot with plenty of covered...well at least we thought so. After awhile the rain began to fall harder and we began to get wet. We looked around for a place that we could hide until the rain stopped. Then we spotted it. It was a wooden play structure with a colorful tarp roof. We grabbed everything a ran for the shelter. Here we finished out picnic dinner in our little tree house like setting. It was fun and memorable evening that I will never forget.
