Making Pan De Platano
(Banana Bread)

For Today's recipe we are going to learn how to make " Pan de Platano". In order to make fine Banana Bread, you must use freshly mashed bananas...as pictured below.
Next you mix the sugar, butter, eggs, and bananas.
Here are two of my professional egg crackers hard at work.

Next you mix in the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder...and if you would like you can add in nuts...for our bread we decided to smash up some whole almonds and added some chocolate chips for some flair.

After you have it all mixed up, pour the mixture into a greased bread pan. Set your oven to 350 degrees and let is bake for 30-45 minutes.

Afterwards, let it cool of for a bit...then slice up yourself a piece. If you like you can serve yourself up a nice cold glass of milk to accompany it.

And that my friends is how you make some delicious banana bread.

It was fun and delicious, but I'm not a professional egg-cracker!

P.S. Actually, the milk part was when I was waiting and listening to Odyssey. And I'm not crazy!
