September 11th.....so much has happened since that fateful day when many people lost their lives. Never had I thought that something like that would ever happen on our own soil. You hear about things like that happening in other countries, but there is the US of I thought we were safe from terrorist attacks. That day proved my sense of security on American soil to be wrong.

I placed my sense of security in something that can fail and has failed us. The only place where true security lies in the hands of the Father. I know that my life is in His hands. He is my protector and the one that protects me from the enemy. He is with me in this battle and admidst the choas that is going on in this world.

Praise the Lord, because the battle has been won and He holds the victory in His hands. There is nothing to fear because the enemy has already been defeated!
